Super Saver UK Delivery - 3 to 5 working days £3.00

Europe - 3 to 5 working days £10.00
This is from the date of dispatch, (when the goods leave our warehouse). We charge £10.00 Delivery for up to 5 items. Every 2 items thereafter £2.50 will be charged.
All additional costs will be converted to your currency.

International Delivery Rest of the World - 6 to 8 working days £15.

We charge £15.00 Delivery for up to 5 items.Every 2 items thereafter £3.00 will be charged. All additional costs will be converted to your currency.

*We can only offer this service for items that are in stock and orders must be placed before 2.00pm Monday - Thursday, for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day between 9am and 5pm. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. This excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Highlands.
FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY: Applies to UK online customers for orders over £30. This offer will be applied automatically to qualifying baskets at the checkout. The parcel is sent as a Super Saver delivery service.
We will give you an estimated delivery date for the Goods but no times or dates provided by us are guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are delivered by the set time. However, we cannot guarantee that this will not be affected by any unforeseen circumstances affecting our delivery partner. In these circumstances delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
The billing address entered for your payment card will default to your delivery address. We do not provide delivery to a different address at present but are looking into making this service available to you in the future.
Tracking your Order
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into the “My Account” section of our site and under “Recent Orders” click on the relevant “View Order Details” link.
To check the delivery status of your order please copy the tracking number e-mailed to you and paste into the link provided. If you experience problems finding the status of your order or tracking its progress please contact Customer Services at customercare@superlooks.com. If we have not' delivered the Product(s) within 30 days of submitting your Order or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason or have received faulty goods you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods in order to receive a full refund. Please e-mail customercare@superlooks.com for an RMA number before returning the goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 14 days from the date the RMA number is issued Please return to the address below.
If you are returning a non-faulty item then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. When sending goods back to us, at your cost and risk we advise you to ensure the Product(s) are adequately insured during the return journey. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.
Can you ensure that the original dispatch note is returned with the Products as proof of purchase.
We also offer a FREE RETURNS service on all orders delivered in the UK only. Only one free return allowed per order. The details of the free returns service will be e-mailed to you along with the RMA number.
We are unable to offer our free returns service during sale periods.

On receiving the goods from you we will refund the full price you paid for the Products, (less your initial delivery cost), within 30 days of us receiving the Products in pounds sterling using the same method you used to pay for them. If the payment was made by card then to the same card the order was placed with. You can exchange it for an alternative size/colour if you so wish. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and any other reasonable costs we incur in connection with the return of the Goods.
You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us appropriately packaged to avoid damage and in a re-saleable condition.
• You must not wear goods that you are returning
• You must not try on the products wearing strong perfume or aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the products.
• Tags should not be removed from any item.
• If you fail to take reasonable care of the Products before returning them to us you may have to compensate us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products.
