What is the returns policy for products bought online?
You can return anything you have bought from our website provided you take reasonable care of them. This means you can look at and try items on as you would in any store but you cannot remove any labels or protective strips, mark them, or wear them outside.
I have placed an order on the Website, can I amend or cancel it?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed including changes to your delivery address. We can only advise you to check all information carefully when placing your order. However, you can always return any unwanted Product(s) to us. For details of our refund policy Click here.

What happens after I place my order online?
The process is as follows....
1. Once you have placed an order we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have accepted your order.
2. Next we will send a second e-mail informing you when the order has been dispatched.
When will you take payment for my order?
We will take payment from your card before we despatch your goods.
What if I have a problem placing my order online or I’m not sure it’s gone through?
If your order has been successfully placed you will receive an e-mail confirming we have received your order. If you do not get an e-mail, Login to your account on our website and check the status of your order under "Recent Orders". If your order is not displayed under Recent Orders you will need to place it again. If you are not sure or require further help then contact our Customer Care team at customercare@superlooks.com.
What delivery options do you offer and how much do they cost?
For the UK our Standard Delivery service takes 2-3 working days and costs £3.95. We also offer a Super Saver delivery for UK customers which takes 3-5 working days and costs £3.00. If you’re in a hurry you should use our Next day Delivery option, which costs £4.95. We aim to deliver the following day if you place your order before 3pm, (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
We charge the same amount for delivery no matter how many items you order – so you can order as much as you like!

Can a place an order by phone or fax?
Sorry, we can only accept orders on line.
Can I order items from your website that are not currently in stock?
You can only order items that are currently in stock. However, we regularly top up stock on our website so please keep checking.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address, such as work?
For security purposes currently we do not offer the service to deliver to different address other than the billing address. We are however working on this with our partners and will be able to offer this service in the future.
Are there any areas of the UK you do not deliver to?
At present we only deliver to Mainland UK. We do not deliver to Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Sicily, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.
Do I have to sign for the delivery when it arrives?
With the Standard and Next day Delivery service the person who receives your parcel at the address you have chosen for delivery will be asked to sign for it and it doesn’t matter whether or not it’s you. Our courier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. If you are not available to accept your parcel the courier may leave it with a neighbour. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
If the parcel cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour then the courier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a card explaining how and when you can collect it.
How can I get a refund on my PayPal account for items I want to return?
To get a refund on your PayPal account you’ll need to return the goods by post to us. In either case please make sure you also return the dispatch note you received with your order as proof of purchase and take good care of the items you return as we cannot accept them unless they are in re-saleable condition. Once the returned goods are approved the refund will take place within 28 days through the method in which you initially paid.

Where's your telephone number?
Like many other internet companies out there we are here to offer you the best prices on the web. A call centre can be very costly indeed and most of us are fed up of being put on hold for hours on end with the hold music making us even more irritable!
At Superlooks we decided that most of our customers would prefer to contact us via email rather than being put through to a call centre. Our customer services team generally respond to emails within 3 working hours and more often than not it can be less than 2 working hours. We pass on the costs we save from not having a call centre directly to you by offering you even cheaper prices on our website.
