Welcome to www.superlooks.com (“Superlooks”, “Website”). These terms and condition set out the basis on which you access and purchase products we supply to you through this website. The terms and condition include terms “Terms of Use” our “Terms of Sale” and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not proceed any further and leave this Website immediately.
Once you have placed an order you will be required to agree to these terms and conditions by ticking the box marked “Click here to agree to our terms and conditions and proceed to payment”. 1. PRICE
1.1 The price of Goods quoted on our website includes VAT (Value Added Tax) and will be in UK pound sterling.
1.2 The cost of packaging and postage/carriage is shown separately and (in the case of special) will be quoted by us on request and payable separately from the price of the Goods.
1.3 Despite our best efforts it is possible that some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. As part of our order handling procedure we will try and verify prices so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If the Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.
1.4 We reserve the righ to withdraw promo code discounts during the Sale Period. Therefore promo codes will not work during a sale. But you can redeem a promo code discount, if valid after a sale is over.
1.5 We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order acceptance, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
1.6 All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
2. ORDERING GOODS ONLINE
2.1 You warrant to us that all information which you are required to provide when ordering Goods online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.
2.2 This Website constitutes an invitation to treat. By using this Website, the user accepts these Terms of Sale, the Terms of Use as well as the terms of the Privacy Policy [Privacy Policy URL Link]. Placing an order for the Goods and continuing through to our shopping basket is deemed an offer to purchase the Goods from this Website. Acceptance takes place when the payment has cleared, your e-mail address has been validated as part of the process and we send you a confirmatory e-mail of your purchase, at which time a binding contract will be entered into with you and us. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase the Goods by a user. The process is as follow.
1. Once you have placed an order we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have accepted your order.
2. Next we will send a second e-mail informing you when the order has been dispatched.
2.3 Any error in any ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control entitles us not to treat the order as being binding on us. You can make changes to your order until you click on the “Make Payment” button at the Checkout page.
2.4 All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if, for any reason, the Products you have ordered are not available.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 All payment for Goods and for the cost of packaging and delivery must be made before the Goods are delivered.
3.2 Payments online can be made by the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express credit and Charge Cards, Switch/Maestro debit cards, Delta debit cards, Visa Electron cards. All transactions will be in pounds sterling.
3.3 We also accept payment by PayPal. However if you wish to make a payment by PayPal you will need to have an existing PayPal account or setup an account with PayPal directly.
3.4 Presently, we do not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online.
4. DELIVERY

Europe - 3 to 5 working days £10.00
This is from the date of dispatch, (when the goods leave our warehouse). We charge £10.00 Delivery for up to 5 items. Every 2 items thereafter £2.50 will be charged.

International Delivery Rest of the World - 6 to 8 working days £15.

We charge £15.00 Delivery for up to 5 items.Every 2 items thereafter £3.00 will be charged. All additional costs will be converted to your currency.
PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of delivery.
*We can only offer this service for items that are in stock and orders must be placed before 2.00pm Monday - Thursday, for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day between 9am and 5pm. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. This excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Highlands.
4.2 We will give you an estimated delivery date for the Goods but no times or dates provided by us are guaranteed. We will arrange for packing and decide on the method of delivery either by post, courier or otherwise. In any event time is not of the essence unless specifically agreed in writing by us.
4.3 You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours on receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.
4.4 Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your Products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
4.5 Tracking your Order
Your order status can be viewed at any time by clicking on the “My Account” link and after logging in on our site under "Recent Orders" and then select the “View Order Details” link. If there are any issues regarding the status of your order please do not hesitate to e-mail customercare@superlooks.com.
5. Returns Policy
5.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason or have received faulty goods you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods in order to receive a full refund. Please e-mail customercare@superlooks.com for an RMA number before returning the goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 14 days from the date the RMA number is issued to the address below.
5.2 If you are returning a non-faulty item then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. When sending goods back to us at your cost and risk we advise you to ensure the Product(s) are adequately insured during the return journey. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.
Can you ensure that the original dispatch note is returned with the Product(s) as proof of purchase.
We also offer a FREE RETURNS service on all orders delivered in the UK only. Only one free return allowed per order.
Please note we are unable to offer our free returns service during sale periods.

5.3 On receiving the goods from you we will refund the full price you paid for the Products (less your initial delivery cost), within 30 days of us receiving the Product(s) in pounds sterling using the same method you used to pay for them. If the payment was made by card then will be refunded to the same card the order was placed with. We can offer an exchange for an alternative size/colour if you so wish. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and any other reasonable costs we incur in connection with the return of the Goods.
5.4 You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us appropriately packaged to avoid damage and in a re-saleable condition.
• You must not wear goods that you are returning.
• You must not try on the products wearing strong perfume or aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
• Tags should not be removed from any item.
• If you fail to take reasonable care of the Products before returning them to us you may have to compensate us.
5.5 Unfortunately we cannot stop an order once it has been accepted by us. If you change your mind about your order after this point you can return the Products to us in accordance with our returns policy as specified above.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective Products.
6. RISK, OWNERSHIP AND INDEMNIFICATION
6.1 The risk of loss or damage to Goods passes to you upon delivery. Title and ownership in all Goods remains with us until full payment of all amounts due to us has been received from you.
6.2 You will be responsible for the safe custody and insurance of all Goods in your possession.
6.3 You have no right to re-sell any Goods until payment has been received in full by us.
6.4 You agree to indemnify and keep Superlooks.com indemnified against any and all claims for infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights brought by a third party as a result of your use of this Website.
6.5 You agree to indemnify and keep Superlooks.com indemnified against any and all losses or liabilities incurred directly by Superlooks.com as a result of any breach or non-observance by you of any of the terms of these Terms of Use, the terms of the Terms of Sale or the terms of the Privacy Policy.
6.6 Subject to clause 8.1 and 8.2, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Superlooks.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims which may be asserted against Superlooks.com, including but not limited to, any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses arising from:
6.6.1 your use of this Website; and
6.6.2 any violation by you of these Terms of Use, the Terms of Sale or the Privacy.
7. YOUR INFORMATION
7.1 We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site you consent to such processing.
The information that we collect from you may be transferred to a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for Superlooks or one of our suppliers. Such processing may, for example, be required in order to fulfil your order or provide support services.
7.2 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site thus any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
8. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
8.1 We warrant to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description as shown on our website (or any other description given to you in writing). We will endeavour to display all colours as accurately as possible on our site. However, due to limitations of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display will accurately reflect the colour of the actual product on delivery.
8.2 We will not have any responsibility for any damage which occurs to the Goods after delivery. However if you notified us within a reasonable time after delivery we will (subject to confirmation of the fault), exchange the Products or refund you in full but shall not have any other liability.
8.3 If any defect in any Goods appear within 60 days of delivery you must notify us as soon as you become aware of the defect giving us full details. We will then decide, in consultation with you, whether the defect is our responsibility. If so, we may arrange either to repair the Goods or to replace them with similar Goods. Any defective Goods to be returned to us must be returned at your expense.
8.4 We will not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear, accidental damage or failure by you or by any third party to adhere to any written recommendation provided in relation to the Goods.
8.5 Limitation of Liability.
8.5.1 Superlooks.com neither makes nor gives any representations or warranties (expressed or implied) to the user as to the quality, suitability or authenticity of any Goods on this Website.
8.5.2 If sections of this Website contain information submitted to Superlooks.com by third parties, Superlooks.com shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracy in such material or submissions and reserves the right at its absolute discretion to omit, suspend or change any material or information submitted without giving notice.
8.5.3 Under no circumstances shall Superlooks.com, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to the user in the event that any content and/or Goods on this Website are held to infringe any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights.
8.5.4 Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall exclude or in any way limit Superlooks.com's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused directly by Superlooks.com’s negligence, or any other liability to the extent such liability may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. Subject to this:
8.5.4.1 Superlooks.com’s maximum aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms of Sale, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, will in no circumstances exceed the price paid for the Goods purchased by the user under these Terms of Sale;
8.5.4.2 Superlooks.com will not be liable to the user under these Terms of Sale for any loss of actual or anticipated income or profits, loss of contracts or for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort, breach of contract or otherwise, whether or not such loss or damage is foreseeable, foreseen or known. Under no circumstances will Superlooks.com, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind however caused and whether arising under contract, tort or property damage to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.5.4.3 Under no circumstances shall Superlooks.com, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any bugs, trojan horses, viruses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through this Website by any third party.
8.6 SUPERLOOKS.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS THAT CONTENT AND/OR GOODS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE APPROPRIATE IN LOCATIONS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM, AND ACCESSING THE CONTENT AND/OR GOODS FROM TERRITORIES WHERE THE CONTENT AND/OR GOODS WILL BE ILLEGAL AND PROHIBITED BY SUPERLOOKS.COM, THE USERS OF THIS WEBSITE THAT CHOOSE TO ACCESS THIS WEBSITE FROM OTHER LOCATIONS WILL BE DOING SO ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH DOMESTIC LAWS.

9. NOTICES
9.1 If you wish to give us any notice relating to a matter covered by these Terms, whether you telephone us or not, you must confirm that notice in writing. In the case of email notices, these are to be sent to customerservice@superlooks.com and you must send them so as to return an acknowledgement of receipt. 10. CUSTOMER DEFAULT
If you:
•Give us any incorrect personal information, or
•Fail to make any payment when it is due, or
•Cancel any payment, or
•Become insolvent, or
•Commit any breach of these Terms
then, in any of those events, we have the right to cancel the Contract and recover possession of any Goods which have been supplied for which payment has not been received in full.
10.1 Superlooks.com may terminate its legal agreement with the users immediately if:
10.1.1 The users breach any provisions of these Terms of Sale, the Terms of Use
and/or the terms of the Privacy Policy;
10.1.2 Superlooks.com is required to do so by law;
10.1.3 Superlooks.com elects to terminate access to this Website to users situated in
the country in which the users are resident or from which the users may wish to
access this Website;
10.1.4 The users are found to be manipulating this Website by doing, but not limited to,
hacking, using Trojan programmes, attempting to launch automated systems, spiders or offline readers;
10.1.5 The users attempt to harvest personal information located on this Website.
10.2 Upon termination, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that the users and Superlooks.com have been subject to which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by termination. Furthermore, the provisions of Clauses 10, 10.5, 10.6, and 8 of the Terms of Use shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations and liabilities indefinitely and reported to the local law enforcement agencies, if necessary.
11. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not have any liability to you if we are prevented from performing any of our obligations on account of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, act of God, terrorism, war, strike or difficulty in obtaining materials and/or labour. In any of these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel (or, at our option, to suspend) the Contract.
12. GENERAL
12.1 Severance: If any provision in these Terms is held by a court to be unenforceable, that will not affect the remaining provisions of the Terms.
12.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms govern our relationship with you and in accepting them you confirm that no other arrangement, agreement or representation applies.
12.3 Assignment: We reserve the right to assign any of our rights or obligations under the Contract to a third party on the basis that the existing contractual terms will become the responsibility of that third party. You will not be able to assign any of your rights or obligations without first getting our written consent.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Where the Goods include designs or works of art, these are prepared by a designer or artist who owns the copyright in those works. You have no right to make any copies or adaptations of any of those Goods.
13. DISPUTES
13.1 If there is a dispute which we cannot settle by direct negotiation, we may require that it is referred to mediation before any legal proceedings are commenced. In that event, the mediation will be conducted in accordance with the CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) mediation rules current at the date of the dispute.
13.2 Any dispute between us will be finally determined by the English courts and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and the Contract between us are governed by English law.
15 ETHICAL SOURCING POLICY
As a reputable and trusted business committed to offering its customers high quality products, Superlooks recognizes its obligation to ensure that suppliers are operating ethically.
We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees' health and safety and basic human rights.
All suppliers are expected to comply with their national employment laws and regulations with particular regards to:
•Minimum age of employment
•Freely chosen employment
•Health and safety
•Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
•No discrimination
•No harsh or inhumane treatment
•Working hours
•Rates of pay
•Terms of employment
•Superlooks will never knowingly source stock from countries which are in breach of the above principles. We also look to our suppliers to instil these principles when dealing with their own supplier base.
Because of the sometimes complex nature of our suppliers' supply chain, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of each individual involved in the production of our products. However, as Superlooks continues to grow it recognises the importance of being proactive and doing everything within its power to support the rights of those involved in the manufacture of its goods.
16 OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us.
17 PRIVACY POLICY
Our privacy policy statement, which defines how we will use your information can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this Website you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
12 Import Duty
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

3.1 This Website is available to you for personal non-commercial use. We reserve the right to deny access to this Website at any time and for whatsoever reason. If a user breaches any term of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Sale we will deny that user access to this Website.
3.2 During the ordering process (as detailed in the Terms of Sale), you will have to register your personal details. Any information provided must be accurate and complete and you must not use a false name or names that you are not authorised to use.
3.3 Information about your data will be processed is set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. Password/Account Security
4.1 Registered users are provided with login credentials, such as user name and password or any other identifier as part of our security procedure. You must keep this information safe and not disclose it to anyone. If you have any suspicion that someone is aware of your login credentials and can/may misuse them please contact customercare@superlooks.com immediately so we can disable your account.
4.2 A failure to comply with clause 4.1 above of these Terms of Use may render you liable for any loss suffered by us as a result of misuse of your account.
5. Liability
5.1 Use of this Website and liability for Goods purchased on our Website is subject to the limitations and exclusion set out in our Terms of Sale.
